The bids shall be submitted on the form provided by the City and shall be for the unit price per ton for the various asphalt concrete materials, FOB the vendor's plant. The asphalt concrete materials shall conform to the current Ohio Department of Transportation, Construction and Material Specifications. The estimated quantity of materials to be purchased is approximately five hundred (500) tons. The bidders shall understand that the City does not guarantee that the above estimated quantity will be the actual quantity purchased; however, each bidder is required to furnish to the City of Marietta the actual material quantities as ordered during the stated bid period The Safety Service Director reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and/or any part thereof.
