Site work, paving and renovation of a civil project in Spring, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work primarily consists of the installation of two 150 gpm transfer pumps, two filter basins, two 550 gpm transfer pumps, two 211,500-gallon Ground Storage Tanks, two 500 gpm and one 250 gpm booster pumps, two 15,000-gallon hydropneumatics tanks, an air compressor, installation of a new concrete driveway, miscellaneous yard piping, and miscellaneous electrical work. The deadline to ask questions is 4/04/2025 12:00 PM CST Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or acceptable Bid Bond, payable to Spring Creek Utility District, in an amount not less than 5% of the maximum Bid price submitted, as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract within Ten (10) days after receipt of the contract documents. Check shall be drawn on a responsible bank in the state and a bid bond shall be issued by a surety legally authorized to do business in the state.
