The intent of this Request for Proposals is to award contracts for Appliances, Construction, Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing materials and equipment as required for the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community (SRPMIC, or 'the Community'.) Questions, bids, proposals, and other submissions made via this portal will not be accepted. Last date for RFP Questions: 4/01/2025, 5:00 PM, Arizona Time Response to RFP Questions: 4/08/2025 All questions and communication regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to purchasing-bids@srpmic-nsn.gov. Award Announcement: 5/06/2025 (tentative) Salt River Pima Maricopa Indian Community is seeking proposals for construction materials, plumbing materials, HVAC materials/equipment (AC Units and Water Heaters) and electrical materials that are associated with renovations, refurbishment and improvement of structures of homes within the ECS Construction SHRRP Program and ECS Affordable Housing Program. This is an indefinite quantity and variety of materials for ECS Construction and Affordable Housing Program. Work is performed by ECS done by staff and includes but is not limited to: o Wood or metals doors, security doors, French door, windows. o Thresholds, door stops, weather-stripping, door jamb and hinges. o Raw materials; 2x4 DF, 2x6 DF, 4x4 post, 2x8 plywood, drywall, cement boards, fascia. o Flooring material for repairs on full or partial replacements, floor planks. o Concrete repair maintenance and replacement. o Plumbing: Shower/Tub replacements, lavatory faucets, water heater repairs placement or replacement of water heater. o HVAC Work; AC unit replacements, AC repairs, duct work. o Electrical upgrades, floodlights, light fixture replacements, ceiling fans installs. o Kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanity, kitchen counter-tops. o Painting of cabinets, painting exterior/interior of homes. o Roof repairs with shingles, tar tubes, ridge caps, peel & stick. o Materials: Nails, caulking, sponge, paint brush, paint, etc. o Appliances: Refrigerator, range, washer, dryer and parts for all appliances as needed appliance repairs. o Cleaning Supplies: Lysol wipes, Clorox, Windex, boxes of rags, floor dust, etc. This solicitation will result in purchasing contracts with a five year term.
