Description

Site work and renovation of a swimming pool in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool; and for site work for a swimming pool.

1. Drain water from pool to begin demolition work and refill and balance pool water after the replacement of finishes prior to turning pool back over to the Owner. 2. Remove and replace plaster and tile finishes within the swimming pool. a. Complete removal of existing plaster allowed as bid add alternate. 3. Remove and replace main drain covers within the swimming pool.
