The Village of Valley Waters seeks a qualified contractor for chipseal work in the 2025 construction season, but prior to September 30, 2025. For the purpose of this contract, the Contractor will be responsible for supplying all labour, equipment and services, and all emulsion and all aggregate for all contract sections, and will be responsible for all construction aspects of the single coat chip seal operations, including surface preparation, application, quality control, and traffic control. Locations are as follows: Section I - Gray Road Application of Single Chip Seal on the Gray Road, Norton, NB for a total construction distance approximately 0.7 kms. (x 2 lanes) Padding was completed in 2024. Section II - Dickie Mountain Road Application of Single Chip Seal on the Dickie Mountain Road, Norton, NB for a total construction distance approximately 3.6 kms. (x 2 lanes).
