Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Houston, Texas. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Plans call for about 8,500 LF of 10'-0" new trail at the Halls Bayou Detention Basin along with sidewalk improvements, construction of 2 parking lots/driveways, 3 pedestrian bridges spanning between 141' to 162', retaining walls, removal/relocation of utilities. As of March 19, 2025, this project is in the process of getting approvals. An engineer has been selected. Information regarding how and when a general contractor will be selected has not yet been confirmed. Construction is estimated to begin August 2025.
