Amendment 001 The purpose of this amendment is: To provide the Government's answer to vendor questions. To provide an updated Attachment C - Pricing Schedule. To extend the proposal submission deadline to May 19, 2025 at 10:00am, ET. _________________________________ Fiscal Service Procurement, on behalf of the Armed Forces Retirement Home of Washington, D.C. (AFRH-W), is hereby requesting a formal proposal for the subject requirement in accordance with the attached solicitation. The Government intends to issue a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Construction Services, allowing Firm-fixed price BPA Orders as needed. The anticipated period of performance shall be for a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods, with a start date as soon as possible. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside to all SDVOSB certified small businesses. Offeror shall have an unexpired SAM.GOV registration and Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) before contract award may be made. The offeror shall adhere to the Quotation Instructions included within this solicitation. Any questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov and kaity.eaton@fiscal.treasury.gov by no later than 2:00pm ET on May 2, 2025 and must state "20342325R00009 - Questions/Construction Services, Attn: KE/GJ" in the subject line.
