As of May 9, 2025 the project is not yet awarded but expected to be awarded on May 13, 2025 **As of April 7,2025, an award has not been made and bid results have not been made available. ** The TOWNSHIP PARK PROJECT includes the labor, materials, and equipment necessary to install a bituminous walking trail. The bid envelope must be clearly marked TOWNSHIP PARK PROJECT. West Bethlehem Township reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals or any portion thereof. Attention of Bidders is called to the requirements concerning the payment of not less than the prevailing wage and salary rate provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act 442 for the TOWNSHIP PARK PROJECT. Awarded bidder shall provide 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond and 100% Maintenance Bond for the project. Liquidated damages will apply at the rate of $500.00 per calendar day. Bids may be held by West Bethlehem Township for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of Bidders, prior to awarding the contract.
