**As of May 14, 2025, project was awarded toGerken Paving Inc. , awarded amount is $599,250.** The Village of Whitehouse, Ohio, (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Whitehouse 2025 Street Resurfacing The Project includes the following Work: Resurfacing of approximately 3,600 feet of Waterville Street from Wycliffe Drive to Providence Street, approximately 2,560 feet of Texas Street from the existing culvert between Little Creek Drive and Cable Avenue to the bridge over Swan Creek, approximately 720 feet of Bond Street from Weckerly Drive to Field Avenue, and approximately 300 feet of Cemetery Road from Blue Creek to Waterville Street, in the Village of Whitehouse, Ohio. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Whitehouse 2025 Street Resurfacing All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through online. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from online. If the contract is awarded, a Contract Bond will be required, which is a 100% payment and performance bond.
