The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for the Design, Fabrication, Delivery and Installation of a Center Slatwall/Consoles system at the Boston Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT). To support this effort the FAA seeking firms possessing the capability and experience necessary to provide modular slat-wall consoles for ATCT Cabs. Durability, efficiency, and flexibility are the keys to the effectiveness of the proposed Slatwall/Consoles system. The equipment must last through the rigors of daily use in an environment where the equipment may be in use 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Specific requirements associated with this effort can be found in the attached SIR documents.The responses to this Screening Information Request (SIR) will be evaluated in order to select the firm that offers the best value to the FAA. The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals and intends to award one Firm Fixed Price contract resulting from this SIR. The NAICS code for this procurement is 337214, Office Furniture (Except Wood) Manufacturing, This requirement is set aside for small businesses within NAICS 337214. Note: This announcement is not intended to guarantee procurement of the services associated with this effort and must not be construed as commitment by the government to enter into a contract. The FAA will not pay for and is not liable for costs associated with the preparation and submittal of responses to this announcement. Any costs associated with the submission of a response to this request are solely at the interested vendor's expense. Responses should be submitted electronically to the designated Point of Contact by the due date identified in the SIR. NOTE: There is a mandatory site visit on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, from 10:00AM to 2:00PM Local Time. a. Meeting point. The sit visit will be held at the Boston Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) located at 600 Control Tower, East Boston, Massachusetts 02128 b. All questions from the site visit must be submitted in writing via email to Hector L De Jesus @ Hector.L.De.Jesus@faa.gov. The FAA assumes no responsibility for any conclusions or interpretations made by the contractor based on the information received by any means other than in writing from the Contracting Officer. The FAA does not assume responsibility for any understanding reached or representation made concerning conditions, which can affect the work, by any of its officers or agents before the execution of this contract, unless that understanding, or representation is expressly stated in the contract. c. You are required to provide your company representative's name that will attend the site visit by no later than Monday, April 14, 2025, to Hector L. De Jesus @ Hector.L.De.Jesus@faa.gov.
