The project will include the spray on lining of approximately 770-feet of existing 60-inch diameter brick sewer and the point repair of approximately 250-feet of 72-inch clay tile sewer The site is located adjacent to Corliss Street within the Buncher property in the Sheraden neighborhood of the City of Pittsburgh. Apr 3rd 2025, 4:00 PM EDT Scope of Work: A. Bidders should understand that contracts for necessary repair, maintenance, and minor extension to Owners existing facilities cannot be accurately estimated or planned in advance, and may be of an emergency nature. The Owner shall determine the repair, maintenance, replacement, or minor extension Work to be carried out under the Contract, and shall direct same, and a Bidder agrees to accept such decisions as final and binding.
