Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Markesan, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.
This project consists of a renovation only for a new secure entry within the existing building. New aluminum storefront entrances, a transaction window, acoustical panel ceiling, painting, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. Work with Separate Contractors: Cooperate fully with Owner's separate contractors, so work on those contracts may be carried out smoothly, without interfering with or delaying Work under this Contract or other contracts. Coordinate the Work of this Contract with work performed under Owner's separate contracts. Preceding and Concurrent Work: Owner will award separate contract(s) for the following construction operations at Project site. Those operations may be substantially complete or may be partially conducted simultaneously with Work under this Contract. The District reserves the right to order the Contractor to remove any person from the District's work who the District determines to be a threat to safety of students, District employees, other workers, parents, visitors, or otherwise. All workers must follow District regulations and rules as to building access and security.
