Reference Number 0000380599 The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a construction services company to provide demolition services required by the City of Ann Arbor Systems Planning Unit and to assist in the demolition of the structure, driveway removal, and regrading at 112 E Summit St, Ann Arbor Michigan. Question Acceptance Deadline 03/28/2025 02:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No The Systems Planning Unit received a Federal Emergency Management Agency's Hazard Mitigation Assistance Grant administered through the Michigan State Police under Project Number: HMGP 4607.18. Work to be done includes the demolition of all structures, including removal of all retaining walls, basement walls, foundations, footing, and like subsurface structural elements, together with walkways, driveways, in the vicinity of the structures at above property location. The work also includes grading to match existing grade elevation and any other area that was disturbed by completing the work under this contract (see Attachment H for plans)
