The scope of work involves the rehabilitation of sports playing fields including turf Little League and Tee-Ball fields and natural turf soccer fields, parking fields, drainage installation, pavement and sidewalk installation, fence and playing field appurtenances and playground equipment required to bring Polaris Park into a state of good repair and compliance within applicable codes and standards. The work includes labor, materials, tools, equipment. and incidentals as specified for the rehabilitation of Polaris Park in Levittown. Your bid shall be based upon a Notice to Proceed to be issued in the 1st Quarter of 2026.
