Description: The structure is a vacant commercial building. Project includes demolition of building. Due to the dilapidated building conditions, parts of the building are deteriorated. Water damage and mold are present. The City contracted a hazardous materials study. No asbestos containing materials were identified. Bond is Required for Projects in Excess of $100,000.
