The City will accept sealed bids for the reclamation (full-depth), cold planing and surfacing of various roadways, including sidewalks and curbing. SCOPE OF CONTRACT /PROJECT DESCRIPTION The Contractor will furnish all labor, equipment and material. The Contractor is required to employ sufficient skilled, unskilled, and supervisory labor, and equipment as may be considered necessary by the DPW Commissioner or his Representative to permit or enable the Contractor to expeditiously execute the work at such a uniform rate of progress which will permit the completion of the work within the time limits which may be specified. The contractor shall make available the necessary equipment to complete maintenance or repair work on the Citys infrastructure as directed and scheduled by the DPW Commissioner or his Representative may request a specific piece of equipment to complete a specific task or provide the scope of work to the contractor to complete the task. All equipment, labor and material shall be paid according to the bid schedule provided.
