Renovation of an educational facility in Sussex, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,800-square-foot educational facility.

The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the removal of existing windows and installing new windows in-kind. The Contract Documents define the full project scope. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of (1) a bid bond or certified or cashier's check payable to the SussexWantage Board of Education equal to 10% of the amount of the bid, but in no case to exceed $20,000.00 per N.J.S.A. Bidders shall direct questions in writing to Tracy F. Boss at the office of Parette Somjen Architects L.L.C. by mail, by facsimile at 973.586.2401, or by email at tboss@planetpsa.com. Questions must be received by the Architect by April, 03, 2025, not later than three (3) business days prior to the deadline for last issuance of addenda. Verbal answers will not be given, and if encountered, are not binding on any party. Written questions and answers will be part of the project record.
