Bids for the siding, with corresponding specifications, on the following buildings: Sheriff's Office 29 Gauge ribbed metal siding and trim-north, south, east, and west sides; Garden Shed- 29 Gauge ribbed metal siding and trim-north, south, east, and west sides; County Highway Shop- 26 Gauge ribbed metal siding and trim-north, south, east, and west sides. East and west side metal entry doors; Highway Shed- 26 Gauge ribbed metal siding and trim- north, south, east, and west sides. East and west side metal entry doors; 4-H Building- 26 Gauge ribbed metal siding and trim- north, south, east, and west sides. North, east, and west side metal entry doors. East and south side double metal entry doors; and 4-H Exhibit Hall- 29 Gauge ribbed metal siding and trim-north, south, east, and west sides. North and south side double metal entry door. Courthouse- Flashing between the brick and the cement board siding on the north and east sides of the courthouse. All buildings are located within the city limits of McIntosh, SD. Each bid must be accompanied by a proof of contracting license. All contractors shall follow South Dakota law concerning contractor bonding. Successful bidder shall furnish Workman's Compensation and Certificate of Insurance and will be required to provide an affidavit of compliance with 49 CFR Part 382 of the Omnibus Transportation Employee Testing Act of 1991 (Drug & Alcohol Testing). The Board of County Commissioners, reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and waive any defects therein.
