The Transportation Department’s bus mounted two-way radio inventory consists of the makes and models listed below, the quantities shown are approximate numbers and the actual inventory may be lower or higher and may include additional models not included on this page. The district reserves the right to add different makes and models of two-way radios throughout the duration of the contract. The awarded vendor will be contacted for pricing prior to additional radios being added to the contract. There will be no service requested from Transportation for the month of June annually; therefore, any service calls would be for 11 months a year. Group A- Flat Technician Hourly Service Rate: (Rate will be inputted on the pricing page) Please provide an hourly technician service rate to maintain approximately (310) two-way bus radios on an as needed basis. The amount bid must be all inclusive and include costs associated with a single technician to perform specified services except for the costs for replacement antennas, microphones, and new radio installations. Costs associated with the installation of antennas, microphones and radio purchases must be all inclusive and will be invoiced separately once approved by the TUSD Transportation Fleet Manager.
