This project will address deficiency within the existing building to include but not be limited to construction of a new secured (post TSA screening) waiting area for passengers who are awaiting departing aircraft, constructing a new TSA passenger queuing and screening area, construction of new arrivals hall, and baggage claim area. Building construction includes a single-story addition totaling approximately 15,000 sf. Work includes concrete foundation, slab on grade, framing, water proofing, aluminum glazed openings, asphalt shingle pitched roofing and cedar wood shingles.
