The work to be performed under this Contract ("Agreement" or "Contract") includes furnishing all labor, materials, travel time, equipment and all other work incidental thereto necessary or required to conduct an annual test of Back Flow Prevention Assemblies (each a "BFP Assembly" or "BFPA"), and make any repairs as necessary, to certify and bring into compliance with 10 NYCRR Section 5-1.31 of the NY.
