The Region is inviting Bids from qualified contractors to provide goods and services with respect to the Work. The Work includes, but is not limited to, the implementation of a retrofit drainage system on the existing sloped roofs, localized replacement of the soffit panels at the sloped roofs, cleaning and localized masonry wall repairs, localized regrading of the surrounding landscaping to expose bricks or installation of a granular drainage system at North Wing perimeter, localized sealant replacement, and snap cover replacement at the atrium glazing system, as further described in Appendix C - Form of Contract.
