2025 Headquarters Parking Garage Repairs It is important to note that if the bid pertains to technology services, Bidder certifies that it complies with the requirements of the Nebraska Foreign Adversary Prohibition Act: Nebraska Foreign Adversary Prohibition Act. The Bidder certifies and agrees that it has read and shall comply with the Nebraska Foreign Adversary Contracting Prohibition Act (Neb. Rev. Stat. 73-901 to 73- 907). Specifically, Seller verifies and agrees (1) that Seller is not a scrutinized company as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 73-903; (2) that Seller will not subcontract with a scrutinized company for any aspect of performance of the contemplated contract presented in connection with the Purchase Order; and (3) that any products or services to be provided by Seller do not originate with a scrutinized company. Failure to attend the Pre-Bid meeting may constitute grounds for rejection of the bid. The work consists of the following: 1. Work consists of tee-to-tee joint replacement, expansion joint repairs, and blockout repairs. Concrete wash joint sealant and west wall joint sealant are requested to be priced as alternate add if project funds allow. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. Contractor and any subcontractor must be licensed contractors certified to perform work in the City of Omaha.
