Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Munising, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
The City of Munising is seeking bids for the construction of the "Munising Tourist Park - Bathroom Building Renovations" that includes the following major items of work: Renovation of the east bathroom and shower facility at Munising Tourist Park. The City of Munising reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids at its discretion. No bid shall be accepted unless accompanied by a bid security payable to the City of Munising in an amount not less than 5% of the base bid. Prevailing wage rates will not be required for this project. Obtaining and printing the contract documents will require registering with online. A non-refundable fee of $22.00 will be charged to obtain the contract documents. Paper copies of the contract documents may be obtained by contacting Coleman Engineering Company. A non-refundable fee of $50.00 will be charged for each hard copy set of the contract documents. To be considered a plan holder for bids, a contractor must purchase the contract documents. Registering as a plan holder is required for all prime contractors and subcontractors, as plan holders will receive addenda and other contract document updates via online. The plan holders' list will be available at online.
