The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County (Metro) is soliciting proposals from consulting engineering firms and/or project teams (Consultant) for the purpose of providing construction engineering and inspection (CEI) services for construction of: Lebanon Pike Sidewalk Improvements Construction engineering inspection (CEI) services are required for an 8 ft. sidewalk with 4 ft. grass strip from McGavock Pike to Old Lebanon Pike. In addition to the sidewalk improvements, project also includes intersection improvements at McGavock Pike and Graylynn Avenue. Project length is approximately 0.50 miles. Also included, at a minimum, are the following: Utility relocations and coordination; Lighting; Signals; Drainage and coordination with stormwater requirements; Pedestrian crossings; and All other ancillary items necessary for a complete project. Estimated Schedule for Performance of Work Note: schedule is subject to change. Based on current projections the construction phase of this project is projected as follows: Final construction plans expected to be complete end of September 2025 Solicit Construction Contractor from September 2025 - September 2026 Construction expected to start November of 2026 CEI services with A/E firm will begin at the Notice to Proceed to the Contractor. Schedule listed is tentative and subject to change. A/E firm will receive their own Notice to Proceed to begin CEI services. CEI services are projected to begin November of 2026 or at start of construction. If awarded, the resulting agreement will be effective until project completion but shall not exceed sixty (60) months from the Effective Date All inquiries for round #1 must be submitted by Monday, March 31, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. Central time using the online discussions feature of the iSupplier system.
