Renovation of an educational facility in Pointe-Claire, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Upgrades, repairs and improvements to the John Rennie high school building. The scope of work includes upgrades to the building auditorium, securing exits from the basement, adding two exit doors and changes to access to the floor, compliance work for the auditorium hall; change work on several levels in the corridors, cafeteria, library and common area, improvement of ventilation system and repairs to existing finishes. TIMELINE: Due to insufficient budget the owner has cancelled the tender for the general contractor issued under the number 2404EG/20057319, split the project into packages and awarded a contractor for the first package construction relating to the refurbishment of stage equipment that is now followed in the report under CRM ID name École Secondaire John Rennie Refurbishment of Stage Equipment. Construction is underway. Subsequent package tender(s) will be followed if/when they are issued in new separate reports.
