2025 Sidewalk Capital Improvements Program, which will consist of the removal and replacement of approximately 19,700 square feet of sidewalk, 1,625 square feet of accessibility ramps, 600 linear feet of combination concrete curb and gutter as well as other associated work located at various locations throughout the City of Rochelle. All Contracts for Construction of Public Works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12). A CONTRACT may be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder whose bid is found to be in the best interest of the City of Rochelle.
