Remodeling of an educational facility in Clermont, Florida. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 13,866-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility.
As of March 31, 2025, per addendum 1, the bid date has been extended from today to April 2, 2025. D.E. Scorpio Corporation has been selected as the Construction Manger for the Lincoln Park Gym Remodel to convert the existing gym, shower, and locker rooms to classrooms, laboratories, breakroom, and upgraded restrooms for the Electrical and HVAC technical college. The project is slated to start May 2025 to January 2026. Please ensure you include the following: - Jessica Lunsford Act - Work Hours 7am-6pm, M-F Alternates to include: - Alternate 1 DEDUCT: Fire Rated Windows and Lites as 3/16" TGP in lieu of specified. - Alternate 2 DEDUCT: Daltile Costart 12x24 floor and wall tile in lieu of Specialty Tile Products. - Alternate 3 DEDUCT: Lab 2 reduce Work Bay Panels 1L-8L from 100AMP to 60AMP. - Alternate 4 DEDUCT: Hardiboard Fascia in lieu of EIFS. - Alternate 5 ADD: At perimeter of building, Abatement of Fascia and Removal of Counterflashing and replaced with new.
