78-inch Influent Pipe Rehabilitation - The project work is generally described as: rehabilitation of approximately 435 feet of the 78-inch diameter reinforced concrete primary influent pipe located at the Water Pollution Control Plant (2600 Grant Avenue) using cured-in-place pipe (CIPP), the reinstatement of six (6) lateral connections, and the rehabilitation of the existing junction box upstream of the 78-inch diameter pipe, including all bypass pumping costs, permits, materials, equipment, confined space entry and incidentals to complete the work as shown in the Contract Documents .
