Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Harrison, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This project includes construction of four pickleball courts, resurfacing 1 existing tennis court and installation of playground equipment. The work will include site preparation & grading, misc. removals, aggregate base, concrete sidewalk, HMA court paving, four pickleball courts, 1 tennis court resurfacing, play area conc. curb, engineered wood safety surfacing, playground equipment, color surfacing and striping, fencing, tree planting, surface restoration and all related work. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5% of Bidder's maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates) and in the form of a Bid bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraph 6.01 of the General Conditions. Such Bid bond will be issued in the form included in the Bidding Documents. A pre-bid conference will not be held. The City of Harrison reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the City of Harrison
