Reference Number 0000380114 The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting proposals from qualified companies to provide an Uninterrupted Power Supply System (UPS) Preventive Maintenance Agreement for the City of Rochester Hills City Hall, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, Michigan 48309 for the City's existing APC MGE Galaxy 5000 40kva UPS System, Model #72-174001-00, Serial #3AEQ18003001 and Battery Cabinet Model #72-174022-26, Serial #J14-21413. The equipment was installed in January of 2015. The Contract period is anticipated to be for a basic performance period of three years for Preventive Maintenance for the specified items described herein. Coverage period will begin following completion of all required paperwork and prices as quoted. The purpose of this document is to ultimately enter into a contract with qualified firms in order to provide the necessary services and meet City demands.
