Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Buchanan, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work, in general, will include the approximate quantities and items listed below: 5,000 LF Concrete Curb and Gutter, 12,000 SF Concrete Driveways, 13,500 SY Hot Mix Asphalt Pavement, 7,000 CY Roadway Excavation, 6,000 CY Crushed Aggregate Base Course, 11,500 SY Remove/Mill/Pulverize Existing Asphalt Pavement, 2,800 LF Storm Sewer and Appurtenances: Size 8"- 36" Diameter, 200 LF Culvert Replacement, Landscape Restoration of the disturbed areas.
