The Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit is issuing this sources-sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research (FAR 10.001) in identifying prospective sources to fill a government requirement for annual testing and inspection life safety system fire systems. This includes fire alarm systems, fire suppression systems, fire sprinkler systems, fire pumps, fire extinguishers, and fire and smoke-rated doors, all of which must comply with NFPA standards and the Joint Commission's Environment of Care standards. The locations for these services will include: Northern Navajo Medical Center, situated on US Highway 491 North, Shiprock, NM Four Corners Regional Health Center, located at the junction of US Hwy 160 and Navajo Route 35, Red Mesa, AZ Dzil-th-na-o-dith-hle Health Center, 6 Road 7586, Bloomfield, NM The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this requirement is 561621 Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths) with a small business size standard of $25.0 million. A brief statement of the company's capability that relates to the described government requirement.
