SCOPE OF WORK The City of Louisburg, KS is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to resurface and stripe an existing tennis court and half-court basketball court located at City Park on S. 4th Street and Vine in Louisburg, KS. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete the project as specified in this RFP. Repairing cracks, depressions, and any surface imperfections. Applying two coats of an acrylic resurfacing system suitable for tennis courts. Applying two coats of a non-slip, color-coated playing surface. Convert Tennis court to FOUR (4) Pickleball Courts, 126 ft x 61.5 ft, 7,625 total square feet Measure for, tape, and paint Pickleball lines (x4 sets). Paint tennis lines - "Ghost" colors Striping the court according to USTA regulations with high-quality, long-lasting paint. Removal of existing tennis net posts and replaced with new sleeves, posts and net Installation of windscreens Ensuring proper drainage and surface leveling. Providing all necessary equipment and safety measures during construction. Site cleanup and removal of debris upon project completion. Measure for, tape, and paint Basketball lines. Lines will include baseline, key, hash marks, free-throw and three-point lines.
