Description

Renovation of an educational facility in New York, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

To prevent disqualification from consideration, Bidders are advised to pay close attention to the details, dates, time, and other requirements set forth in the Project Manual. The Existing Operating Room Scrubs Sinks within the Operating Room Suite, located on the Second Floor of the University Hospital of Brooklyn (UHB) has experienced repeated malfunction. This construction project calls for hands' free sinks, removal of existing plumbing, and electrical work to power the hands-free sensor. RFI's (Request for Information; technical questions and administrative questions): Tuesday, April 7, 2025 RFI Responses - responses to questions will be emailed by Monday, April 14, 2025. It is the policy of the State of New York and the State University of New York to encourage minority business enterprise participation in this project by contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, and all bidders are expected to cooperate in implementing this policy.
