The County Commissioners of Charles County are hereby requesting bids from a qualified contractor for the construction of a sewer line located in the North Point section and a new sewer line with encompass Mill Hill Road, Bland Road, Jay Street and Francis Street in Charles County, MD. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bids received when such a waiver is in the best interest of Charles County. Charles County Government is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
