Reference Number 0000382090 Delivery Point: Warwick Public Schools 69 Draper Avenue Warwick, Rhode Island United States 02889 Purchase Type: Term: 06/01/2025 12:00 AM EDT - 12/31/2027 12:00 AM EST The Warwick Public School Department through the Warwick Public School Building Committee (herein referred to as "The District"), is seeking qualifications and pricing proposals from RI MPA 462 pre-approved firms to provide 3rd Party Commissioning services for the Pilgrim and Toll Gate High School projects, consistent with RIDE's Necessity of Construction Guidelines Stages III and Stage IV. These projects are seeking compliance with NE-CHPS v3.1. The project encompasses the phased construction of two (2) new comprehensive high schools (parallel schedules), each school approximately 200,000 SF serving approximately 1,200 students, grades 9-12. The new facilities will integrate and expand existing career and technical education programs. Each school currently features a multi-level design that includes a multi-use auditorium, gymnasium, and a full-service cafeteria. The new high schools will be built adjacent to the existing high schools. Once the new high schools are completed and ready for occupancy, the existing high schools will be demolished to accommodate the construction of new access roads, driveways, parking areas, and new athletic fields. The demolition scope includes any and all abated and all demolition services needed to complete the work. It is the intent of this solicitation to award the work for both high school projects to a single Prime vendor.
