Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Austin, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Scope of Work: The Work generally consists of providing the following services, including but not limited to construction of new sidewalks, ramps, shared-use-paths, driveways, handrails, bike-ways, striping, existing road reconstruction/shoulder widening including markings and delineations, bus stop ADA upgrades, existing sidewalk repairs for ADA compliance and any associated construction as required in response to City of Austin requests throughout the City of Austin. Project Estimate: The initial Contract Amount will not exceed seven and a half million dollars ($7,500,000) for the initial Contract Term. Seven and a half million dollars ($7,500,000) for a second Contract Extension, and two million dollars ($2,000,000) for each extension option for a total potential Contract Amount not to exceed nineteen million dollars ($19,000,000). MBE/WBE Goals: 1.50% African American, 3.08% Hispanic, 0.52% Native American/Asian, 1.63% WBE.
