**As of June 4, 2025, the project was awarded to Ryan Contracting, with an awarded amount of $8,929,189.50.** Description of Work: the Work Includes the Construction of Approximately: Clearing & Grubbing 200 Trees Pavement Reclamation 19,000 Sq Yd Bituminous Pavement 9,000 Ton Concrete Curb & Gutter 15,000 Lin Ft 6" Concrete Driveway Pavement 7,000 Sq Ft 8" Watermain 6,000 Lin Ft 8" Cipp Pressure Rated Lining 2,300 Lin Ft Cured in Place Pipe 8" & 10" 5,400 Lin Ft Together With Numerous Related Items of Work, All in Accordance With Plans and Specifications. Bid Security: a Proposal Bond in the Amount of Not Less Than 5 Percent of the Total Amount Bid, Drawn in Favor of City of Chanhassen Shall Accompany Each Bid. Owner's Rights Reserved: the Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive Any Irregularities and Informalities Therein And to Award the Contract to Other Than the Lowest Bidder if, in Their Discretion, the Interest of the Owner Would Be Best Served Thereby.
