Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Lakewood, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of June 03, 2025, the project was awarded to Perk Company, Inc, with an awarded amount of $1,430,512.36.** Asphalt Resurfacing The work to be accomplished under this contract includes planing of the existing asphalt concrete pavement, full depth pavement repairs as needed, resurfacing with asphalt concrete, erosion control, installation of ADA curb ramps, pavement restriping in-kind, full-depth concrete replacement, installation of new concrete broom-finished crosswalks, adjustments of manholes, catchbasins, monument boxes and valve boxes to grade, repair of catchbasins and manholes, and other appurtenances. Curbs, driveway aprons, and curb drain tile will be replaced as directed.
