"2025 Road Project" on various roads within Washington Township. 29,741 SY BITUMINOUS PAVING COURSE FB-3 MODIFED, Leveling Course, 90 LBS/SY, SRL-L 38,028 SY DOUBLE BITUMINOUS SEAL COAT using a Polymer Modified Emulsion and #8 Stone with a 1.0% Loss by Wash. All materials must meet PennDOT Publication 408 Specifications and Standards. All work to be performed according to current PennDOT 447 SECTION 0310-0011. Bidders must be PennDOT prequalified and must supply proof of prequalification All bidders MUST schedule an appointment to look at the project prior to bidding and any questions can be directed to Wade Marlatt, Manager, at610-767-8108. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the bid made payable to Washington Township., Prevailing wages will apply to this contract The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price within 20 days of the award of the contract. Washington Township reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or portions thereof, and to delete projects and or portions of the project depending on budgetary constraints and may also waive any technicalities deemed to be in the best interested of the Township
