Flora Subdivision Phase 2, Section 1 Scope of Work of the Contract Documents includes the following: Drainage piping, including approximately 18"-60" RCP, 6'x4' RCB, inlets, headwalls and appurtenances; Water piping, including 8"- 24" PVC pipe and appurtenances; Gravity wastewater piping consisting of 8"-12" PVC pipe, boring and steel encasement, manholes, appurtenances; Excavation, embankment, and paving; Detention ponds, outfall structures, grading and revegetation; Sedimentation and erosion control; and Various other site improvements. If a certified or cashier's check is provided, the successful bidder shall deliver, at the bid opening address, the original certified or cashier's check within one (1) business day of receipt of the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding or bidding process except the time for submitting a Bid. The successful bidder, if any, will be the responsible bidder, which in the Board's judgment will be most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project.
