Renovation of a parking garage in Appleton, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
Parking Structure Roof Replacement 3 Roof Replacements - Red Ramp 4 Roof Replacements - Green Ramp 5 Roof Replacements - Yellow Ramp 1 Roof Replacements Yellow Ramp Pedestrian Walkway Forms are included in specifications and are also available at the office of the City Clerk. Reference is made to Section 66.0901 Wisconsin Statutes. No bid shall be received unless accompanied by a bid bond (uploaded electronically during bid process) equal to five percent of the bid, payable to the City as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 10 days from the date the lowest responsible bidder's bid is accepted. If the bidder fails to file such contract and bond within the time set by the City, the bid bond shall be forfeited to the City as liquidated damages. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept any bid deemed for the best interests of the City and to waive any informalities in the bidding.
