Hopi Tribal Housing Authority, acting as Lead Agent on behalf of Kykotsmovi Village, invites all qualified General Contractors to submit bids for the construction of the new Kykotsmovi Community Center, located in Kykotsmovi Village, Hopi Tribe, Arizona The project includes a new building approximately 5,660 gross square feet, single story, with associated site improvements and utility connections. The project also includes some demolition and caping of existing site utilities . The building includes a lobby with waiting area and reception, restrooms, administrative suite, multi-purpose spaces, support spaces and a kitchen. The site includes parking, drainage detention pond, landscaping, utilities, and site furnishings. Selection of the Construction contractor will be based on qualifications and price at the discretion of the Owner. The construction contract will be awarded on a lump-sum basis.
