For this contract, the County has included a Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) goal of 19 percent. Bidders need not achieve the percentage stated as a condition of award. Bridge Replacement on existing alignment with approximately 750 feet of roadway reconstruction with HMA over AB, planting and channel restoration. You must perform, place, construct, or install other items and details not mentioned that are required of the plans under the Standard Specifications and special provisions. Complete work within 120 working days not including plant establishment. Contractor shall complete and be responsible for maintaining the plant establishment work until Contract Acceptance. Use of multiple crews and extended work shifts to complete work within allowable permit windows and allocated working days may be required. Take this into account during the bidding process.
