Renovation of a municipal facility in London, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of May 30, 2025, the project was awarded to but the awarded amount is not available. Supply and install approximately 36,808 sq. ft. of wall liner panel where indicated on the attached wall plans for spec building no. 10 The London-Laurel EDA is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for the supply and installation of RPanel wall covering panels to cover exposed wall insulation at Spec Building No. 10 located on Greta Lane in southern Laurel County. The panels are to be 26 GA galvalume substrate with Kynar 500 coating. Color to be selected by Owner, Color RAL9010 - pure white or similar. The panels shall be non-PBR type with 1.25 ridge profile and 36 cover width. R-panel wall panels to have a Class A fire rating under UL 790 (ASTM E108 and NFPA 256) procedures. All four exterior perimeter walls are to be covered bottom of wall to ceiling or top of wainscot (CMU) to ceiling where wainscot exists. Install with manufacturers supplied fasteners for wall panel installation. Contractor to provide and install recommended restraining clips and angles at the top and bottom of the panels. Time is of the essence, and contractor will be expected to complete the job by June 1, 2025.
