Question Deadline 04/08/2025 at 3:00 PM ET Deadline for questions: Questions must be submitted online The Bidder shall provide Standby Deep Base Patching, repairing, and stabilizing damaged roadways for the City of South Fulton as specified in thisITB, Attachment A: Scope of Services (SOS), and any additional specifications, general requirements, project-specific special provisions, special conditions, or other Contract document attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. 3. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 3.1 The Bidder shall have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in providing highquality crushed stone. 3.2 The Bidder must be pre-qualified with the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) as a Contractor or registered as a Subcontractor and have three (3) verifiable years of experience with similar projects in accordance with the scope of work of this ITB. 3.3 The Bidder's Project supervisor shall have a minimum of one (1) year of experience directly related to work site traffic control and work zone traffic safety and be certified by the American Traffic Safety Services Association as a worksite traffic control supervisor. 3.4 The Bidder must use high-quality materials and provide products that are durable. 3.5 The Bidder must have an inspector who meets the requirements of a "Certified Person" by the Georgia Soil and Water Conservation Commission (GSWCC) Fundamentals Seminar Level IA assigned to the project. 3.6 The Bidder must provide competitive pricing for their products.
