NC State University is seeking qualification statements from general contractors for the B121 Burlington Lab Renovation project located on North Campus. This project renovates 4,163 square feet of vacated shop space in the basement into wet-research labs in Burlington Labs (built 1953, with a 1973 addition) to accommodate three new faculty researchers. The project includes architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scope.
