"The purpose of this amendment is as follows: Add Attachment 1 Terms and Conditions Attachment 2, SWO Revision 1, remove the last paragraph "Contract Type" Add Attachment 3, Wage Determination All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Typical work shall include replacing the HVAC unit on the Green Mountain Communications Test Site 1. The Contractor will be required to furnish all equipment, materials, and personnel necessary to replace HVAC unit as dictated by the repair order for the property. 2. Services should commence at 325 Broadway Boulder CO 80305, Green Mountain as soon as practical after a purchase Order has been issued and the start date for the assigned services has been established. The actual start date for assigned services will be determined through mutual agreement between the property owner, NTIA, and the Contractor assigned to perform services on the property. 3. The Contractor shall complete all services for assigned properties prior to the conclusion of the time-period specified by NTIA in a Purchase Order, excluding allowances given for adverse weather conditions. If repairs exceed the NTIA estimate, the contractor shall contact NTIA before proceeding. 4. The Contractor is responsible for returning property to its original condition upon the completion of the assigned services. The Contractor is responsible for any damage caused to property due to the fault of Contractor personnel. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE Prior coordination is required to gain access to the site.
