The Project consists of constructing 3,400feet of 6-inch and 350 feet of 2- inch water lines. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Each Bid must be submitted on the prescribed form and accompanied by a certified check or bid bond executed on the prescribedform, payable to the City of HotSprings in an amount not less than 5 percent of the amount bid Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. The contracting party shall not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity,or disability. This publication was paid for by the City of Hot Springs Utilities Department Bidders shall hold such Contractors' (Municipal and Utility MUClassification) and Business Licenses as required by Statestatutes and the Arkansas Contractors Licensing Board. The Owner reserves the right towaive irregularities and to reject bids and to postpone the award ofthe Contract for a period of timewhich shall not exceed beyond 90days from the bid opening date.
